I emailed All Paws on 26/4 & until today have recieved no reply! So thought I'd review our experience! I advised on drop off that our 5 month old pup was to be fed morning & night. He was there for a week. Upon arrival I was already regretting our decision to leave him there but unfortunately had no other options! I portioned out his dry food & put two extra portions of dry food there just in case. I supplied 2 & 1/2 tubs of his raw food. I expected to receive half a tub back but recieved 1 unopened tub & a 1/2 opened tub & 5 portioned bags of dry food! I was curious if he was fed on his last night there or even at all the day before as he's prone to car sickness & vomited on the way home but only bile. Previous experience shows even if I don't feed him breakfast (as I was advised on pick up he hadn't been fed) there are still chunks of his food within the vomit when fed the night before. He also stunk to high heaven! Unfortunately we won't be recommending or using them again!

Left my cat here for a week and came back to my cat smelling like pee, scared and shaking. Not adequate space for cats to move. Food, water and kitty litter next to each other so my cat lost weight. Constant sound of dogs barking. Good place for dogs but not cats. Staff were friendly and accomodating but the cattery needs to be updated.

Like any loving fur baby parent i was so scared of leaving my dog with strangers and boarding kenell.
he is a pampered pooch who sleeps in bed with my husband and i, he is a inside dog and treated like a big baby lol. any who we had to go away for 5 days so we had no choice to book him into a kennel. the whoe time i was worrying about him and his welfare as he is not used to ruffing it out. all my worries went away staright away as one of the workers brought him out and he was so calm and relaxed and playing with the guy and the other staff memeber i called him herd me but wasnt as excited to see me as i him lol. as he got closer i was so excited and keept calling him but he was busy getting a belly rub from the staff memeber, sooo long storey short he didnt wanna leave there lol he came back looking exaclty how i left him it was such a good feeling knowing he was ok and he enjoyed his time, he came out smelling great and all clean. i will definelty be booking in again for our next trip away. this will be his home away from home when we need him looked after. thank you guys again for looking after my baby. much appriciation

Hmmm. I just need to trust my gut on this one. We dropped off 2 x greyhounds yesterday afternoon and picked them up this morning at 9:15am. We clipped their leads and muzzles on the cage door and made sure the staff knew they were registered racing dogs and had to be muzzled outside their kennels.
When we picked them up this morning, the muzzles were exactly how we left them. In the exact same spot. Either they didn't listen and didn't muzzle them when they let them out for the toilet (huge risk to small dogs) or they just didn't let them out for the toilet.
The staff also let us know they didn't get fed in the morning "because I knew you were on your way".
That's unacceptable on it's own given a greyhounds risk of bloat, but to be honest I'm really not sure they were given dinner the night before either. I got then home and gave them some breakfast which they greedily ate (unlike them) and 4 hours later (much sooner then usual), I gave them their main meals and they ate like they were genuinely hungry. One of the girls will usually pick at her food and slowly eat it over an hour or so, but this time she didn't look up from the bowl until it was all gone.
I really hope they didn't just decide the girls were too difficult and so left them in the kennel without so much as a meal and a toilet break for their stay.
Either way, I won't be back.

We dropped our 1 year old boxer off at (All Paws Pet Resort in Truganina) for 8 days while we went overseas. We returned from overseas to find our poor dog was skin and bone, as you can see in the photos. After a stressful night of worrying about him and wondering whether we should rush him to an emergency vet at midnight, we took him straight to the vet the next morning to check his health was okay. The vet informed us we had a healthy dog, aside from him having lost 5+kg in 8 days. We also got blood results back that showed he had some kidney damage indicating dehydration. That morning he weighed in at 25kg, his last weigh in at the vet was at 8 months old and he was 28.7kg. Wilson is now 13 months old and the vet said at that age he would be at least 30-33kg. The kennels charge depending on body weight, and Wilson was charged as a 30kg dog. The next morning, 24 hours after his first visit he was weighed again and he had already put on 2kg in that time.
Our neighbor picked him up for us in the afternoon as our flight was getting in late. When she brought him home his nose was dry and he bolted to drink water, he drank three bowls of water and ate like he had been starved. When we went out to (All Paws Pet Resort, Truganina) the next day, we were told he had been getting fed twice a day and there was no indication he was fretting. so how do you explain liver damage and losing 5+kg in 8 days? More so they offered us a cash refund straight away when we paid on credit card rather than trying to give us an explanation. Also whilst looking for Wilson’s file in amongst their mess, they could not find it…
I would also like to add, if he was given food but was not eating it was also under their duty of care to contact us and let us know he was too stressed and not eating and starting to look unwell, we had been in contact with them during the week to arrange a late pickup time, so they had no excuse not to let us know he was not doing well. We could have had friends or family pick him up to ensure Wilson was safe and looked after.
We are horrified at what has happened, and do not wish this on any other dog. We strongly wish and advise that this kennel be looked into and action be taken to avoid this happening to anymore animals!
We haven’t had a straight up answer from anyone to indicate what has gone on here. But judging from the vet report we have a fit and healthy dog so the only explanation for losing 5+kg in 8 days and having kidney damage is neglect and starvation.
Also would like to add my neighbor asked them what had gone on here and why he was so skinny when she arrived to pick him up. The response from the woman handing him back was I fed him 2 big meals today! But I haven’t been here for 3 days so I’m not sure what has gone on.
It makes me think Wilson was put somewhere and forgotten about for days on end. This would definitely explain the weight loss and the dehydration. The sight of him almost brought my neighbor and her friend to tears. Also when we arrived home the sight and feel of him obviously had us very emotional.
This is something that no one should have to come home from a holiday too.

They posted my dog having fun on Facebook which put us at ease whilst on holiday. Expected slightly more luxury considering its called a resort but I suppose a dog's opinion counts more. Dog seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up.
